Our free 60-minute healthy home assessment is perfect for homeowners who want to improve their home’s energy efficiency, warmth, and comfort. We will visit your home, thoroughly look at areas like insulation, heating, ventilation and other efficiencies and then give you recommendations for the best solutions while helping you understand what’s important.
Specialist Healthy Home Assessments

EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes Assessment

HHGA Rental Property Inspection and Report
If you are a landlord, you need to make sure your property meets the Healthy Homes Standards. Our $189 rental property inspection includes a comprehensive check of your rental property and a detailed report indemnified by us along with a quote for any required work to meet compliance. This helps you understand where your property meets the standards and where improvements are needed.
